Data Sharing and Maintenance

In order to effectively measure results and engage in continuous program improvement, Waterford.org engages in research and maintains records related to your child(ren)’s participation in our programs.

Waterford.org will make your child(ren)’s data available to you upon request.

Waterford.org will never share your or your child(ren)’s information with third-party vendors. We may share program information, such as usage and performance data, as well as personally identifiable information (PII) with program sponsors and/or our education, government, and research partners. For all states, these may include:

  • local education agencies (schools, school districts, and Head Start programs)
  • state education agencies (State departments of education)
  • the U.S. Department of Education
  • external evaluation partners (Evaluation & Training Institute, American Institutes for Research, Westat)

Additionally, Waterford.org may share information with partners depending on the state in which the participant lives. If your state is not listed, we have not shared PII with any partners in your state.
